Sometimes the little ones come in to Schnauzer rescue with sad stories . . . neglected,
abused, stray, etc. But this was not the case with beautiful Snowflake (now called "Sno").
Her family moved from the Midwest to Portland to start their own business. The tough economy
took a toll on their plans, and they and their two toddlers had to move to a small apartment . . .
with no yard for Snowflake to play in and get exercise. The family's decision to release Snowflake
to Rescue was a difficult one . . . she was a part of their family – and was great with the children.
Snowflake is a very loving, playful little girl . . . and she has truly found a wonderful new home.
Jim and Dyann are thrilled with Sno, and their first update to Rescue, in part, says "WOW, what a
little sweetheart, and so well mannered!"

Jim had a fence, and doggie door installed, so Sno is back
to having a backyard to run and play in.
This little one is in for some very fun adventures. Jim and Dyann have been taking Sno camping
with them in their 5th wheel, and say Sno is "really a good traveling dog!" So, Sno left her first "happy place"
with her family . . . and then found a new "happy place" with Jim and Dyann.
