Adoption Application

We rescue mini, standard and giant schnauzers who need homes.
We are happy that you are considering bringing a pet into your home. A pet can give years of happiness to its family, help children to learn responsibility, be a playmate and companion. Please fill in the following form so that we can better assist you in finding the right dog.

Looking for a puppy? The average age of our rescues is 3 years and older. For puppies, please contact Portland Miniature Schnauzer Club for a reputable breeder.

If you prefer to mail in this information, you can print a copy of our adoption form (pdf file).

You can also email the pdf file to us. Print or save to a file on your computer and email it to us.
On a Mac: Any file you can print, you can save as a PDF file. So save PDF to your Mac and then email it to us. On a PC: As you move your mouse cursor over the PDF document, a small toolbar should appear with a computer diskette on it to save the PDF to a file. Or look under the File menu for a "Save as" or "Save page as" option. Then save PDF to a file. Email the file to us.
Please do not fill out an application until you are ready to adopt.
It is a labor-intensive process to review and track submitted applications. Thank you!
